Shipping Policy
Shipping terms for FW Wheels orders. Message us before ordering if you need a set by a specific date.
Shipping Coverage
Most wheel orders include free standard shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses may require a custom quote before fulfillment.
Processing & Transit
Processing time depends on brand availability, warehouse location, and fraud/payment review. In-stock orders usually move faster, while special-order or backordered items can take longer. Carrier transit commonly ranges from 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Tracking
Tracking is sent when the order ships. Multi-box wheel orders may receive more than one tracking number and boxes may arrive on separate days.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect all boxes before signing when possible. Photograph damaged packaging and the product immediately. Do not mount or install wheels that arrive damaged. Contact FW Wheels as soon as possible so a carrier or manufacturer claim can be started.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. If an address needs to be changed, contact FW Wheels immediately before the order is processed or shipped.
