Returns & Cancellations

Return approval is required before sending anything back. Wheels must stay unmounted and unused to remain return eligible.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before they are processed, packed, special-ordered, or shipped. Once an order has moved into fulfillment, cancellation may not be available.

Return Eligibility

Eligible returns must be approved by FW Wheels first. Items must be unused, unmounted, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or installed wheels
  • Special-order or custom-order products
  • Damaged, used, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Closeout or final-sale items

Return Shipping & Fees

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless FW Wheels or the manufacturer confirms an error. Restocking fees may apply depending on brand or supplier policy.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Payment processors may take additional time to post funds back to the original payment method.
